- The winner of the Home and Away matches,
qualified for the next round.
- Central African Republic and Sao
Tome & Principe withdraw. The two teams where scheduled to
play each other. Therefore Seychelles and Swaziland, as the two
highest-placed countries get a bye to the next round to keep the
same format for the 2nd round. Somalia and Djibouti, that were
set to play Seychelles and Swaziland, will play now each other
in a one match tie on 17th November 2007.
